     Here at The Little Marketplace, we have dedicated ourselves to being more than just place to shop. We want everyone who walks through our doors to have an experience, a place to get inspired. We are proud of the uniqueness of our shop, and feel blessed to be able to provide a unique place for some of the area's best dealers, antiques, artists, pickers, collectors, designers, and hand crafters to gather and sell.
     Our shop is made up of 20+ booths and 15+ small spaces, which allow small owner-operated shops an opportunity to open their own store. The Little Marketplace is currently accepting applications for those selling a mix of antiques, re-purposed, vintage, handcrafted and custom-built pieces, new and boutique items.
   The Little Marketplace experience is one like no other. We have a little bit of EVERYTHING. If you are considering renting a booth, we would LOVE to hear from you!  Here, your booth can tell your story and exude your personality!  And most importantly, we have a passion for what we do and the customers and dealers we serve.

additional information 

• Initial 6-month lease with $100 deposit
• Rental rate $2.50 psf per month
• 10% commission taken on all sales
• 3% fee taken for credit cards
• Rent deducted from sales checks
• Dealers are paid once each month
• Sales tax collected, reported and paid to State each month
• We require pictures of your merchandise including previous

   booths & display examples.
